So, the other day I'm looking for something to have for lunch - something that wasn't the same old sandwich, salad or soup. After a bit of surfing, I came across Jorge Cruise' salad recipe for Chopped Turkey with walnuts & cranberries.
Perfect ! Particularly since I had plenty of left-over roasted turkey.
I followed the recipe, then after tasting, made one change - I doubled the amount of dried cranberries (I love cranberries, so for me, even doubling that amount really wasn't enough).
But, the salad was great - exactly what I was looking for that day and highly recommended for any lunch or dinner.

I submitted my recipe for Cranberry Fudge Cookies to FabulousFoods.com. These can also be made with walnuts. Using a brownie mix base, these cookies go together super quick and easy. See the recipe at

Hi Cheri! I made the Cranberry Streusel Cake from your site and it was delicious! Here's my blog post about it http://amandascookin.blogspot.com/2008/11/fabulous-foods-cooking-club-cranberry.html
I submitted a recipe for a delicious turkey brine. The link for the recipe follows:
http://cookingclub.fabulousfoods.com/2008/11/november-2008-fabulous-foods-cooking.html
Combine this with one of Cheri's injectable marinades & whether you roast, smoke or fry the turkey, it will be one of the best you ever made.

Hi. There is a problem with the email verification I was sent after submitting my recipe. The url (link) doesn't work. I can't find out how to contact an admin. on the fabulous foods website. Please help me!
Sorry you had a problem. As far as I know everything is working as we got several recipe submissions yesterday. You can email me anytime at cheri@fabulousfoods.com. I will check to see if it is there now. I can't wait to try your muffins, they sound delicious, especially the creamy ginger glaze.
Hi Cheri! Sorry for the confusion in my recipe!!! I edited it, and it is clear now! I entered the recipe late last night and it was from my memory, so thankyou for pointing out what I forgot to add! I hope they are highly enjoyed by you and anyone else who happens to try them! My boyfriend thinks that the glaze is the best he's ever had! It was my first time making them, and I'm so excited to have them added to your cooking challenge!
No problem Diva. Here's the URL for the recipe at FabulousFoods.com
