January Challenge Winner!

Congratulations to Chrystal Oates, the winner of our January Cooking Club challenge.

We didn't get a lot of participation this time around, so not a lot of healthy tips to share int he round up.

Winner Chrystal said that for her, Weight Watchers is something that really helps her stay on track to healthy eating and losing weight. Other suggestions included keeping a well stocked pantry, eating miso soup -- even fr breakfast like in Japan, shopping with a strict list, and coming to the realization that junk food really isn't less expensive than healthier fare. i am 16 and im 190…i wanna lose weight so bad….and im black so my mom thinks my curves look good so she doesn’t want me to lose it. at least advise on how to tighten my body cuz i like my big butt. i am going to take weight loss pills, i think it works good....
